dogwhistle
From the dense, industrial sprawl surrounding Toronto comes dogwhistle, a post-hardcore/noise band committed to making the loudest music known to mankind. Juxtaposing the noisy, groovy fringes of 90s hardcore like Snapcase, Unsane, and Shallow North Dakota with the scorched-earth sensibilities of Uniform and Diamanda Galás, Dogwhistle’s five-song debut EP textile waste is a blistering takedown of the rampant labour exploitation, police brutality, and militarized violence that define today’s geopolitical landscape.
FFO: Quicksand, Helmet, Snapcase, Unsane, Shallow North Dakota

mace
Since the release of their sludgy, dynamic DEMO 2024 last summer, young Toronto crew mace has made an undeniable imprint on Ontario’s exploding hardcore scene. Now they’re back with a reimagined lineup, a sharpened metallic edge, and the same biting, gnarly style that’s become their trademark. Their new EP Don’t Hide It offers 5 tracks of pure kinetic energy, combining mace's signature groovy, grimy attack with a snarling sense of urgency and a pummelling drive that doesn’t let up. Don’t Hide It is mace at peak form - gritty, loud, and absolutely relentless.

Sunnycide
After ten relentless years forging their sound in the shadows of Ontario’s heaviest underground scenes, Sunnycide finally emerge with their debut EP on Endnote Records, Nothing Left to Mourn: a bleak and merciless testament to trauma, rage, and ruin. Across five punishing tracks, the band unleashes a suffocating torrent of dissonance and grief, channeling years of emotional erosion into a sound that is both chaotic and utterly desolate.

Stab
Stab is a new band from Maine with deep roots in the New England hardcore scene. Formed in July 2025, the band consists of members who have spent years in projects like Hard Ca$h, Head Case, Gumskab, Half Step, Absolute Suffering, and more. Their collective experience gives their debut a sense of urgency without sounding overworked. Their four-song demo, released less than a month after their formation, captures the raw energy of early Title Fight and Drug Church, blending sharp melodic instincts with a tougher rhythmic core. The band leans into fast-paced arrangements, conversational vocals, and thick guitars, while a cover of Matchbox 20 adds a self-aware, punk-forward twist. Self-recorded and self-released, the demo is a document of a group that knows exactly where it's going, even in its first few weeks of existence. For a band just getting started, Stab already feels grounded in a scene they’ve helped shape for years.
